I have been living in Whistler, Canada for the last 8 years and have been training this way most of my life. I have been teaching these classes in person for the last 4 years and watching my clients transformations, which I want to share passion for lifting weights with as many people as possible, especially women. As we grow older we lose bone density and muscle mass, from the age 30. This is why it is SO important to put our muscles under tension, to slow this process as much as possible.
In whistler we spend so much time biking, hiking, skiing and running but it is important that we are well balanced and strong within out muscular system to continue to do this for as long as possible, injury free!
